We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with the ski lift right at our doorstep. It made it so convenient for us to hit the slopes and enjoy our skiing adventures. The staff here were exceptional, providing prompt and friendly room service, along with a thorough housekeeping service. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a lovely spa and leisure area, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of skiing. We also appreciated the beautiful sun terrace and garden area, where we could soak up the stunning mountain views. The room itself was very comfortable and well-appointed, with great amenities such as a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV, and a sitting area. our experience here was truly luxurious and enhanced our stay in the ski resort.

Personnel was very kind , excellent service in the restaurant and swimming pool. Food was excellent. Moreover, the hotel design\style is very innovative, different from what you would expect in M di Campiglio but very nice looking. Not a single wall or rioom is the same as the others but has been painted and refined with a specific attention..nice.

Maybe in the parking set up there is room for improvments. If suggested by the hotel (even if free) need to be 100% under controll, otherwise would be better to suggest directly the inside parking slot (even if not free).

Rooms are very nice, spacious and well designed, as well as the hotel facilities such as the hall, dining room, spa/swimming pool, solarium. The location is very convenient, just besides the Spinale cableway and just in front of the lake. Overall, it's a wonderful building with awesome facilities.

The adjacent disco-pub (also owned by the hotel) is very noisy at night, with loud music playing 'till midnight or so. Breakfast could be better in terms of choices. Wi-Fi Internet is not free as stated on the hotel description, as it costs 2 €/hour.

Located just steps away from the gondola, this hotel is perfect for skiers and snowboarders looking for a quick and easy access to the slopes. the rooms are well-decorated, with beautiful views of the village, and the breakfast offers a great selection of food. Guests can enjoy a pool and a spa, as well as a fitness center and a play room for children. the hotel staff is friendly and polite, especially the bar woman in the lounge area who provides great service.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, just steps away from the ski lift and with easy parking options. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The spa and leisure areas were excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for us during our stay. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The hotel was located very close to the ski lift, making it easy to access the slopes. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the rooms were nicely decorated.

The overall service we received during our stay was lacking. We encountered an issue with the hot water in our room, and when we brought it to the attention of the staff, they were unhelpful in resolving the issue.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, including fresh juices and pastries. the location was ideal, with just a short walk to the ski lift and the center of town. Another great aspect was the daily housekeeping, ensuring our rooms were always clean and tidy.

The noise level from neighboring rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the fitness center was lacking in equipment, with only a few machines available.
